    It's following how garou regains his senses... and as he notices his new powers and new uhh.. learning ability? He gets drunk on power to where he thinks he can beat everyone/thing. The... uhh water blob absorbing the oean...? is new though but yeah things can change a lot.

    It's two separate things, I think.

    The eye coming out of the ocean isn't connected to the God thing from the previous page. I think the God is meant to be the other half of the pair with whatever is on the Moon. The evil water monster cadre is what's coming out of the ocean, but isn't the same creature as what was being shown in the previous panels.

    One does, but this version tends to expand some things (Like Blast showing up). I'm guessing he just wants to do a few more fights before the showdown.

    So feel free to correct me if I got this wrong.

    God shows up to entice Tatsumaki as Blast. She immediately recognizes it’s not Blast. Blast shows up to deal with it, but is impressed she was able to resist it and deal with it on her own?

    And the shadowy figures are heroes from a different dimension where they’re all fighting this God alongside Blast?


    I think that’s the gist of it if I’m understanding the panels correctly.

    Pretty sure based on what information we have thats the best guess to be made. Webcomic ->

    But none of this Blast/God Sub plot exists in the Web Comic and is probably just setting up a future arc for Blast or explaining why he's always absent since they seem to be taking more liberties with the IP now. A lot of this arc is completely new though, or at the very least very very extended.

    No argument from me, he's always been one of my favorite, especially after the centipede episode.

    Side note, Saitama just running out and punching the Ocean then surfing away on a Battleship was definitely something I enjoyed seeing. I'm glad they finally had him do something, and in typical Saitama fashion it was hilarious and satisfying
