Personal advice as someone more into drawing: Learn the fundamentals, study anatomy, perspective, etc.. Just trying to jump into anime/manga style won't really teach you how some things are done the way they are. And as a more philosophical application, knowing the rules helps you know how to reliably break them.

I know its a gag manga and one punch man does ONE PUNCH THINGS, but still... Garou has gotten insanely strong. Even if he gets bodied in one punch, I don't care. His power increase borders the absurd: its just that Saitama's increase breaks far past the absurd.

Not even an exaggeration to say that's probably the best chapter in years. The art was absolutely incredible too and the transition from one panel to one another flowed beautifully.
