I especially enjoyed the umpire's reaction.

This one's not so bad too
PS: WTB pitching
Eh, that one may have ended Hanigan's season though. While his numbers weren't especially good, he was a lot better at the plate then they indicate (drew a lot of pitches, walks, etc).
Excited to see what Swihart can do, but Hanigan will be missed.
Sox are fucked this season by the way. Someone needs to drown Clay Buchholz.
Alex Cobb partially ded. Will try to play through the partially torn ligament but surgery is still an option.
playing through partially torn ligaments usually ends well doesn't it?
Pineda 16k's no walks in 7 innings pitched with 1 ER.
Well until Pineda implodes a bird with his fastball, he's no CY Young like Randy
KRIS
THEO
Kluber had a hell of a night. 18k 1 hitter in 8 IP.
Shelby Miller just lost a no hitter with 1 out to go
That's always the worst time to lose a no hitter or perfect game. Reminds me of the time Mussina lost his perfect game to the Red Sox with a hit with 2 outs in the 9th.
And the time the Umpire cost Gallardo his perfect game with the Tigers a few years back.
Kluber went on a 9-inning stretch with 22 Ks that spanned from his 18 K game last start to the 12 K game tonight. Fell short of the record 34 K in back-to-back games, but man, what an insane couple of starts for him.
