Surprised how quiet DC is given it's proximity to Baltimore. I live in downtown DC and drive past the National Mall twice every day; haven't seen much in the way of demonstrations. There was a ton of shit here once the Ferguson situation started boiling over.

The question was always what happened in the wagon. That would have been considered after being arrested. Getting upset over this bit of news does no good. People want to and rightfully so know what happened after the arrest.

There was a peaceful demonstration the other evening- it never got angry or violent like Baltimore. No arrests, folks walked the streets and spoke out without burning down anything nearby.

Also, considering his position and the size of the organization, you'd think the president or whoever typed up that letter would do a better job of it. The sentences starting with "And" really killed me.
