Customers who spend a shit-ton of money can buy Premier service. This can get them a dedicated engineer in different technologies(AD, Sharepoint, Exhcange etc). As far as day to day? No fucking clue, I just started. I'll mostly be with customers in the area but can do some traveling. Our main office is in Charlotte so I'll be going there the week after next and then again in 3 weeks.

It's really cool. Dude I'm old, they're great about not making you feel bad or anything. It's a lot of fun even for non athletic people

I'll be out there in a year or so working with the Lowe's office in the Charlotte/Davidson area. Great technology area. MS has a pretty big footprint.
