I tanked with potato-titan the second half of AKHM because my MNK friend did a step too much on the second boss and pulled (he was impatient and within reason, thank pulled very slowly). Tank got upset and went on emo-mode, we ignored him because the healer was awesome and agreed with us and juuust before stepping into the final boss, we kicked him, and proceeded to clear it np. So satisfying.

It's one thing if they pull, it's another if they're just stupid though.

If they early pull I'll just get it back from them.
If they pull hate cause, like last night me on me i115 PLD with a full 130 DRG and BLM, one single targetting, one aoe'ing, fine. I'll work a bit harder.
But you also get the idiots who, like in Keeper where you pull the second Giant to the caster so everything's together, you just see someone go ham on the giant while it's not even close to me, I just let them tank it.
I'm not even going to bother with those people anymore.

"Most" of them don't even complain, cause they should realise what they're doing,
but you get the occasional "Keep better aggro" comment, which just makes me chuckle.

I had a Keeper run today where i ask polictly the tank to pull the 2 giants and the 6 mobs in a single pack (both DPS were blm).

Tank says no because the healer wouldn't be able to heal it. So i tell him, well i'm the healer and if i say you can pull it that means I know that I can be able to keep you alive no?
Tank starts bitching the classic (You fucking elitist toxic bullshit ruining my fun, If i want to pull 1 mob at a time, you bitch be sure that I will pull 1 mob at a time and if you're not happy just eat the 30min)

The random tank in DF has no idea what your actual skill cap is. From personal experience I'll often take a safer route to save the group from wasting more time wiping because the other people I don't know are confident beyond their ability.

other dps don't complain at all really if another dps pulls before tank, healer 50/50 diaf who pulls or tanks.

Most dps may complain the other dps sucks at dpsing or healer sucks at dps/healing, not who tanks if anything. Same for the healer mostly. 90% the time, its the tank complaining about someone pulled before they did, or got aggro for "attacking the wrong thing".
