3's alright if you can suspend your disbelief and just accept the fact that Drake is the luckiest man alive when it comes to accidentally happening across where he needed to be next between blatant set pieces that don't quite tie the plot together.

I really enjoyed the plane and ship sequence in 3.
Nothing tops the train from 2 though.
I just couldn't get into three at all.
It bugged me worse then the demon shit at the end of the first game or whatever it was
3 is my personal favorite. 2 was good but I didn't find it to be the second coming of Jesus like everybody said it was when I got to it.
Naughty Dog has said that they believe 3 is the best game. Everyone just likes 2 the most because of the HUGE gap in graphics and gameplay from 1-2 compared to the not huge jump between 2-3. I've never played 3 myself. Looking forward to when this goes on sale for not 60.
It's like the dev would want their latest game to be their best.
3 was too over the top for me. I mean it was good but it just went balls to the wall unbelievable (more so than 2)
I thoroughly enjoyed all three, though I remember 2 being my favorite. I'll probably pick this up once the price drops, but I try and avoid paying full price for games I already own. Although I suppose it could be argued that it's I only $20/game.
Getting it for $48 so worth it to me.
People complaining that Uncharted 2 and 3 are over the top; brah, did you play the first one? lol
U4 is going to be the same way I'm sure of it. It's no more over the top than an action movie; I'm sure if Indiana Jones were made today it would be very similar.
Second one was definitely the best but I think The Last of Us was the best PS3 game.
...I may need to go back and play this.Fucking this lmao. By the end of the first one you're fighting 16th century Spaniard Nazi zombies lol.
while all 3 is awesome, I agree that 2 is the best.
3 was great but storywise they seemed to shoehorn stuff in like the boat etc that made not much sense to the story so it didnt flow as good as 2
I felt like 2 was the best simply because in 3 there were no more puzzles after you were half way through the game and to me that's one of the best parts!
I'm pretty damn sure they actually create the set pieces before the story of the game, and then piece them together. I've read this exact statement from one of the designers before.... In fact I think the article was posted in one of the Uncharted threads >_>, don't remember where though.
New Game Modes
http://blog.us.playstation.com/2015/...iler-revealed/
- Explorer Mode is an all-new mode for beginners where combat difficulty is reduced greatly.
- Speed Run Mode adds a timer that allows players to track their gameplay time against their friends as they play sections of the game.
- Brutal Difficulty Mode is the ultimate challenge as the gameplay will be more punishing than Crushing Difficulty (unlocked after beating Crushing Difficulty in the same game).
