I can't wait for next ep... looks like the shit hit the fan in nearly every possible way and Ri-san's whole thing about the barricade was a dead obvious foreshadowing of events to come.
This is gonna be fun to watch.

Is anyone watching Classroom Crisis? The anime is quite the dark horse this season. It's not balls out amazing, but it's still surprisingly solid and very engaging.

I didn't follow the Summer season until most series were around 10 episodes in, and I stopped playing FFXIV recently so I've been able to catch up to many anime. Classroom Crisis is the next one I'm gonna tackle.

Speaking of dark horse, I like to nominate Joukamachi no Dandelion. It's really fun and in my opinion one of the best example of slice-of-life comedies. Usually when you have a story about siblings vying for the throne to a kingdom, there'd be a lotta drama like siblings backstabbing and hatred and shit. This one not so. It's a lot of fun.

Other series I recently caught up to (that I thought were good) include:

Overlord This is some good shit. I got a hard on when Momon crushed that one girl.
Himouto! Umaru-chan Umaruuuuuun~! Good times.
GATE I enjoyed Outbreak Company a lot and I honestly feel this one is way better. It takes a more realistic approach with good political intrigue. The comedy is good too.
Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya Zwei Herz! First half of the season was just girls doing things but latest episode picked things back up.
Charlotte Man, things escalated so fast in episode 7. Latest episode got me hella hype though!
Rokka no Yuusha We're almost at the end of the first cour (I sure as hell hope there's more) and we still haven't find out who's the seventh, but the mystery of it all keeps it engaging.

Leftover good stuff from previous season(s):

Ace of Diamond Time for some serious Sawamura progression!
Baby Steps So good still. Show is mostly Maruo thinking about what to do during a game but those are the highlights for me.
Arslan Senki Shit is about to go down!
Shokugeki no Soma Love this show so much. Too bad season is down to one episode left. Good thing there's the manga to keep the hype going.

I gotta agree, Joukamachi no Dandelion has been great too! Double episode release this week (no episode last week for whatever reason) and both were fantastic. Lots of feels in the second half of episode 10 in particular. Really charming slice of life and it's a nice change having a story about a kingdom and a competition for the throne not be about bloodshed and sibling rivalry and all things that tend to be a part of a story like that

Yeah, it's been pretty good and not at all what I expected.

Joukamachi is cute but nothing really happens so it's harmless.

Game of Laplace is hard to watch because of that fucking kid, everything would be 100% better without him but he's a main character so whatever.

Umaru-chan is also pretty harmless, but I find the MC insufferable most of the time so I dropped it.

Prison School still fantastic. A man to man dialogue about booty? Not bad.

Prism Illya took 7 episodes for something to happen, but when it did I liked it. But seriously 7 episodes of dumb shit that you could see in any show.

Yea, Gate is 24 episodes, though it's not surprising to mix it up since the norm now for most seasons is single cour shows. I was still surprised when I found out that Shokugeki no Soma was 24 episodes as well.

Souma and Gate being 24 episodes were both pleasant surprises to me. I might get to see my favorite whores in Gate now, although I'm setting my expectations very low. There's just something enticing in the way the manga draws the girls that the anime can't seem to grasp.
