Depends on whether you can click off Dissipation. If you can, Dissipation/click off/Swift/Summon is trading summon MP cost for a new set of stacks.

Has anyone found anything more on "Collection" I'm seeing new abilities for DoH/DoL and a few achievements but nothing about how this works. Think it'll be something like the sightseeing log that's just a checklist time waster, or dare I compare it to Guild Wars 2 Collection? >.>

Also Rain of Death is now a offGCD 100pot AoE (still with 10% evasion down, yawn), that shares recast with Bloodletter.

Paeon and Ballad now lower damage by 15% (instead of 20%, right?).
