I would personally go:
For fights without massive tankbusters/mitigation requirements or extremely predictable mitigation with low chance of death eg Ravana:
Warrior / Warrior | White Mage / Scholar | Summoner | Dragoon | Monk |
--> If no Ballad requirements (experience, or lack of massive healing checks)
------> Black Mage
--> If Ballad requirement, or single tank
------> Bard + Black Mage
For the sake of not doing that again, insert Paladin as required.
Insert Dark Knight as required IF it turns out they are more beneficial for a specific mechanic (eg, Akh Morn can be split, so who cares about magic reduction)
Or do whatever you want because muh10$amonth.
I think the lack of outside TP requirements for Dragoon, Monk, and Warrior synergize nicely with not taking a Bard if possible, and the amount of burst damage capable by a Warrior MT, even if only stance swapping during Berserk uptime, is too good to pass up.
Edit: Single tank, Paladin is a lot more potent now too and may really alleviate any necessity for a Bard, though going two tanks with one being a Warrior is still not the worst idea in the world if only so any adds are more easily dealt with. Not dissimilar to DPS racing 2nd Coil with full STR builds instead of going 5 DPS.
Also, if no Bard, that last slot would ideally be Ninja or Warrior, or both (and no Summoner), if Bard, obviously take a Black Mage too so you can at least make them useful with Foe's for the casters.
Paladin isn't quite 1.0 great at not needing a healer but it's still pretty amazing.

One idea I did postulate though was whether or not extreme raid buff synching would be beneficial or not, or at which point it might become so.
For example, I've mentioned before that a Warrior does close to 50% of their damage during Berserk, and in the future we can just remove the "close to" because it will actually be higher than 50%.
At which point (Assuming Ninja, Dragoon, Warrior, other DPS) is syncing Trick Attack, Battle Litany, Ifrit and Berserk more effective than obvious usage (Burn phases, on CD).
I'm not aware what other classes damage spreads look like because they typically have more than one offensive cooldown to manage or have higher potencies outside of burst mechanics.
