From my understanding on the class action lawsuit they wont be blacking out games anymore and the 20% off is to make up for the years they did black out games. Also it seems now you can buy a season package for one team alone instead of having to buy it for every game.

It was bullshit to pay for NHL GameCenter Live and then have games blacked out because they were shown on NHL Network.

I have zero faith they will use this opportunity to do so. It will also likely be largely because of the players union whose job it is to protect their members no matter how big a scum bag they are.

Is it all games though? It seems to state that if you get the single team package, you get all out-of-market games. For example, if I have the full gamecenter subscription, do I get to all watch games on it despite it being broadcasted on a local channel?

Well it also depends if the immigration courts decide to deport him for a violent crime and revoke his work visa. INS could make the NHL's decision an easy one.

Not to backseat lawyer or anything, but he wasn't found guilty of a violent crime. He plead no contest. He did not plead guilty. To us informally its the same thing, but in the legal and INS world, I'm sure that actually makes a big difference (hypothetically assuming he wanted to stay in America for some reason).
