There's an approximately 0% chance Lou has final say over any staffing decisions, never mind Mike Babcock. They'll drop Lou like a bad habit before they ever think about dumping Babcock.
He's there to mentor Dubas.
Ya, like I say I'm sure everything will be run through Shanny, there'd be 0 chance he could ever pull the trigger on someone like Babcock without Shannys nod of approval.
Welp time for me to crawl out of hiding. I honestly don't know how I feel right now. I've never known the Devs without Lou, so I guess you could say I'm fearful of the future? Also one big benefit leafs have over the devs is payroll. Leafs don't give 2 fucks about money and will spend whatever amount of money they want on a player if they want them, regardless of if it was a wise decision or not. NJ has always had tight pursestrings which is why any prolific goal scorer the devs ever brought up would eventually get shipped out the door to the highest bidder. The one time they DID decide to spend big bucks was Kovy, and we all know how that turned out (shoot me now)
Eh, crawling back into my little corner now.
I remember watching that game and Mike Cameltoey being dealt in the 3rd period
There was apparently more drama than that. Cammalleri asked for the jersey, and the then-GM Gautier (or was it Gainey at the time?) said it would cost him 800 bucks.
Molson stepped in and gave him the jersey and appologized personally.
Im gonna be in philly for the weekend. I had to leave all my habs shirts at home because i dont want to get stabbed by those savages there!!!

$1.1 million, one year for Semin in Montreal. Worthy gamble by Habs. Should be a motivated player
I'm ok with it I guess, not oeverpaid
Pretty good deal for the Habs. High potential for not much risk.
Can't wait for nynja to blame Therrien![]()
ALEX SEMIN LOL
Can't believe the Habs would give him a mill per game he'll show up for this year.
But for real, if he gets motivated to play somehow, it'll be a bargain signing this summer. Worst case scenario, he doesn't produce, but that fits right into their post-season plans.
Holtby 5 years, 30.5mil extension

Glendale City Council votes unanimously to pass 2-year lease agreement with Coyotes http://thesco.re/1LC6LSn
Ugh ._.
I dunno why that's an ugh - even though "fuckQuebec", I still wouldn't wish the current Coyotes on them as a relocated team. Keep the shit team*** in a shit market tbh.
***OEL excluded.
