I was for real. Tropical Storm Danny (which I think has been upgraded to Hurricane Danny) should rain us out over the next few days, at least according to the last forecast I saw, which was sometime yesterday.

Quebec is moving onto Phase 3 of it's expansion process (which could also be the final phase). They could be awarded an expansion team as early as next month. No word on whether Las Vegas has also been approved of moving onto the next phase
