Going to settlement means we likely will never know what happened but the fact that there is a settlement personally leaves me to believe that something really did happen here.

Few years back Doughty was accused of rape and after testing and getting her story and what not the deemed it that nothing actually had happened and the whole thing was just dropped from there. It going to a jury and Kane willing to talk settlement just seems like there is enough there to try and prove he did something wrong.

But the World Cup for 2016 will be 8 teams:
Canada, USA, Czech Republic, Russia, Sweden and Finland as the main 6.
Then 2 all star teams of Under-23 players: 1 for Europe, one for North America

The 2 all star under-23 teams will only be for this tourney in 2016, in 2020 they're talking about letting qualifiers in, which means it'll be the Big 6, plus 2 LOL countries to waste a couple pool spots.
