id do it especially if the worst your team would do would be the 6-8 spots in the conference. youd be giving up several mid round firsts of course bit the draft is a crapshoot and huberdeau is on the cusp of stardom

I think any team that isn't a lock for a top 3 pick (basically just Arizona at this point) should seriously think about it. Off-season hockey is fun with offer sheets flying around.

We had a case not long ago in QC forgot the exact case name but it was kinda the opposite. Dad was sad he lost the care of his kid, asked a friend to kidnap his kid for him. But the mom fought back and the 'friend' killed the mom, and when he flew got in an accident and the kid died.

Not saying that's what happened there but it ressembles a bit
