So s2 made me feel like I was shamalamadingdonged. The reveal didn't progress the story at all. It actually made it move backwards 2 or 3 steps.
S1 the reveal was critical to moving the story forward. Despite seeing it miles ahead, I really liked it. They almost made that reveal obvious early on purpose. This time it took Elliott as a character moving the story and punched everything he did in this entire season in the face.
Also the Tyrell/Joanna story literally went nowhere, which pissed me off.
The only real pay off I got from this season was the Dark Army story. Whiterose is a great character.
On that note:
I've had the sneaky suspicion that Elliott is actually the one in charge of the Dark Army since the first couple episodes of s2. Seems more and more likely every interaction he has with one of their members.

FYI s2 is not done yet.
I know its hard to tell because they won't stop ending shit with mysterious knocks on doors.
This episode should be perfect for you people bitching about how slow it's been this season. They spent most of the season slowly fleshing out Elliott and how he's handling Mr. Robot and what role Darlene had in fSociety as a whole. It kinda makes sense though because we only saw bits and pieces of Darlene during Season 1 and even after the reveal that she's Elliot's sister we didn't really have much more character development after that. Season 2 took the opportunity to develop that relationship to Elliott and fSociety further just so they can kill her off in the latest episode. Build em up to break them down as they say.
I couldn't give two shits if Tyrell is alive or dead at this point. I think that the GPS location is likely the CTO's home. Joanna is definitely going to be a force to be reckoned with once she finds out Tyrell is likely dead. We still don't know what kind of goals or plans that the Wellicks have in play or if it relates to the Dark Army. Either way, they are in it for the long game at this point.
Mr. Robot, Elliott gets the strange call in Microcenter and poof he's gone. Elliott asked us to look around his apartment and try to find what Mr. Robot might have been wanting. So based off an interview with one of the co-writers for the series they had this to say about that particular scene.
I'll do my Best tO be helpful here. There is definiTely a hinT in this scene. I dOn't know if I should tell you what Main corner to look in, oR if the hInt is even in the corner of the frame, but Go aHead and study that scene to see whaT you can find.
Or you can watch the Episode 11 promo
We have two episodes left, a two-part finale that looks like it'll be treated as separate episodes the next two weeks. I stick by what I said a few weeks earlier based off an interview Sam Esmail gave, it seems like the last half of the season starts to pick up. This season has been the best television I have watched in a long time even with the extra character development and exposition.
The whole time I'm watching it I'm thinking "Man, what a shitty finale", but then I saw there was two episodes left and suddenly I'm happy with the episode lol.
These days they show some fucked up shit on television but that scene with the little girl questioning Angela is near the top of the list. Even though it turned out to be kinda a trick it was still fucked up when you think about it.
Also even though they didn't show what happened I think Cisco is dead. Dominique said, "It's not my blood."

The timing of Angela being brought in by Dark Army directly after Elliott found out Angela knows everything about fscociety is just too perfect. I'm liking my theory more and more.
