yep! honestly, i think my immune system just hates everything. I rarely got sick at all until i started the immunosuppressants, so i suspect my immune system just went berserk/hulk mode and kills EVERYTHING. especially those goddamn intestines, harboring the enemy. traitorous bastards.

just a course of probiotic yogurt, at the suggestion of the mayo dietitian. didnt really make an impact at all. its one of those avenues i never really explored fully; i've hit on a fairly successful treatment regimen, provided it keeps working, so i'm not keen on mixing it up too much.

no. im not sure thats something mayo accommodates; not enough supporting evidence, i think. it's on my reserve list, though, if i have to go hunting for a new treatment.

What specific shot gave you the shock? I never had allergies in my life until I moved to Idaho. One summer of misery was fixed by an annual Kennelog shot. That stuff is a godsend. I get a little sniffle on extreme pollen days only now. It's good for 90 days.
