Backup image software!

[Purrrfect]

Can anyone recommend a solid backup imaging software that has on option to boot from cd/usb? I used to love acronis true image for this a while back, but once sata controllers started becoming mainstream I noticed a shit ton of issues with it not recognizing drives and even mice/keyboards.

Can try out paragon backup and recovery. I currently use the free version since I'm notsoserious (it still does full and incremental backups), and it has a boot disc/usb key option to try out. Haven't tried it with anything relatively new though, so you may want to just try out a few different boot discs/usbs from different backup progs and see if there's problems with your hardware. I'd imagine anything whose boot stuffs been updated more recently would have less chance of a problem, but that's wishful thinking.

clonezilla works well. And is free.
