Hmm, would it be faster to save pages for a Savage weapon and start buying 200 gear with esoterics? Or save esoterics for a 210 weapon and just keep farming 190 gear for now?

Considering you need to actually beat F4 8 times to get a weapon via tokens I would suggest prioritising an i200 weapon above all else.

Unless your group beats F4 in the next 2-3 weeks and the random-drop happens to be your weapon...

Edit: You could also get the eso weapon, beat F4 4 times, and buy the upgrade item to get an i210 weapon. Guess it depends on which i210 is better for your job.

You'll be saving for at least 3 weeks either way, so you've got time to think it over before you commit to one.
