Pets are a disposable resource, so anything that's going to obliterate a target, obviously pets are going to be superior in dealing with it, as you just resummon em.

Mobs with seemingly fuck-you moves all have weak spots in Adoulin. Yumcax can't Doomga when you wind-damage his aura away, the dragon in Sinister gets it's ultimate move nerfed when you hit it with dark damage, etc. etc. Something will do the same with No Quarter, at which point he's as vulnerable as anyone else to regular fighting. It just hasn't been found yet.

August is easy to tank with a weakened pld, but if you're willing to bring melee and dmg really work like 10k needle, there is always that good old mnk mantra!

first time i did this event i did like about 15 runs day 1, got august about 3 times, never saw the tiger in wave 1, only got morimar 3 times too. today i went with a DD set up instead of mostly mage did 4 runs and 3 of them were Tiger > Morimar > August. wondering if its some how based on your party setup alittle

K met her multiple times now:

First wave Arciela switches from light to dark based nuke resistance it seems to me. So we alternated Fire and Blizzard whenever needed.

Third wave Arciela seems to jump between specific elemental weaknesses rather quickly. SCH Skillchains don't rly seem worth it on here as she might switch mid SC.


Cleared everything again tho with 2xSCH 2xGEO WHM PLD this time.

Took the gkatana with +8 str +9 acc +9 attack, and +2 quad attack
