How many Balamors does the area have? Just 1?

332/109.dat is zitah

337/66.dat is ruann, and there are two Balamor's, but one is the cutscene NPC and one is the mob you fight.

That's interesting. We white proc'd whale a few times, no idea how, but no procs on anything else. How about for you all?

White proc'd all the caturaes, the trick to taking down the shield(for normal setups) is having blunt/slashing/piercing/ranged, and 1 SA Rudra's usually white proc'd them and took down the shield last night when it was piercing.

I don't get how the same of people who balanced this also did it for sinister reign. They really know no half measures, do they?
Hope at least this is going to mean high availability and cheap nq cursed. Although for some reason I'm still skeptic about it.

That's a rather significant difference. To the point where it might justify the price that would come with effective T0 rates. If some of the augs are that different on hq might have to reevaluate some of those peices

It'll be to the tune of the VW/Legion sets in the 99era.
Which, unlike the HNM sets, also had a large disparity between the NQ and HQ.
Not as large as this, per se, but large nonetheless.
