Just because the judge didn't comment on it doesn't mean he's guilty of cheating though. Even if he did cheat the judge would have still rendered the same judgement because of Goodells methods of punishment. Did it ever occur to any one that maybe he didn't comment on his "innocence" because it was irrelevant to the topic?
Everything I've heard (which admittedly was between flights while waiting in airports) is that it'll be around eight to twelve months, at best, so don't expect this to have any influence on this season. On one hand, that's good, because fuck this story going on forever. But it's not over, so fuck this story.
I heard on the radio that Trump was celebrating Brady's victory, and said Brady is a "close friend" of his.
Fuck Tom.
You people really confuse what the Wells Report said versus what the Wells Report proved and established. I can see millions of people are hung up on "more probable than not," which is honestly embarrassing. The Wells Report said it was `more probable than not` that Tom was aware of a football deflation scheme.
However, the Wells Report never even came close to proving it. The fact that so many people are so easily persuaded by lawyer-speak makes me sad for our society.
Do I need to remind you how the burden of proof works? Tom's own text messages say to put the balls at 12.5 PSI.
The league and Roger Goodell were exposed as LIARS on multiple occasions through out this process, while Tom wasn't shown to be a liar once, and even insisted on being sworn in under oath.
Clinging to how bad he cheated or probably cheated is just fucking sad. Get a life. It's over and you lost and now you're just mad because you're a Roger Goodell boot licker and wanted to hurt an American sports icon because you're mad he keeps shitting on your team.
I think you do, because "more probable than not" is *exactly* what the burden is for a civil case. The legal term is "preponderance of evidence"

lolololol
Going back to what I said about lawyer-speak and the apparent ease with which it persuades the simple-minded, the Wells Report said "more probable than not" as a headline that it utterly failed to justify through out the course of the report. It could have said "TOM BRADY PROBABLY MURDERED SOMEONE" and then gone on to utterly fail to prove how it reached that determination.
No wonder politicians have such an easy time manipulating the dumb masses with silly slogans. That's really all it takes.
Remove "more probable than not" from your argument and go on the actual "evidence" from the report, and what the fuck are you left with?
A whole lot of nothing.
Roger Goodell boot lickers should be ashamed.
I'm suddenly taking a simple pride in the fact that my dislike of Peyton Manning has never made me deranged, stupid or easily susceptible to Jedi mind tricks.
If I were on a jury, I'd find Tom not guilty. Doesn't mean I think he's not guilty. There's a difference. Legal speak matters in legal cases.
The irony of getting on a soap box and falsely calling a man a cheater solely because you want to force him to sit out 4 games to help your team lock down a playoff spot.
Seriously the fucking irony. lol
I'm sure it's lost on many of you.
Not gonna need him to sit out. Tannehill gonna destroy the AFCE this year. Suh gonna eat Brady.
I feel like you're that dude who keeps talking louder and louder when in a discussion so he sounds right.
why do people still fucking care
