Till he stomps on his leg
Till he stomps on his leg
Found this on Deadspin / Twitter:
In the ruling, Judge Berman puts "independent" in quotes every time he refers to Wells investigation. Nice.I'm a Bills fan, hate NE, and would have loved to see Brady out for the BUF v NE game in week 2. All that said, the whole investigation and penalty phase was absurd to the max. Fine with him playing and I doubt the NFL wins the appeal. Those quotes above just show how divorced the NFL is from a legal notion of due process and guilt. In decision, Judge Berman hammers phrase "generally aware." Said he had "some difficulty understanding the meaning" of the NFL's term.
Also not surprised by the flurry of Ninjalotter posts.
Really wish shitass Russ Wilson didn't throw that interception in the super bowl
The NFL doesn't have to have a legal notion of due process or guilt. Their due process is contractual, and guilt is subjective.
This is the most reasonable part of your entire post. Everything else is just absurd rambling to congratulate yourself on what you think is an Internet victory.
Go ahead and tell me I'm mayad though, I'm fine being "mayad" and still correct, which is more than you've got.
This is true, but you can safely be that the next time the CBA comes along, the NFL will drop a couple mil on making sure it's fucking airtight.
At least it's not the NHL. "Oh you disagree with XYZ point in the proposed CBA? Cancel the season."
I think the real story atm is where will RGIII land?
Suh played for a shit team and had shit coaching and no help. Now cam fucking Wake and Suh is gonna destroy o lines. Dolphins were a week 17 collapse from playoffs with no WRs and a worse defense. GOAT Tannehill, who has beat shit ass Tom Brady twice, will do it two more times this year.
