I'm a Bills fan, hate NE, and would have loved to see Brady out for the BUF v NE game in week 2. All that said, the whole investigation and penalty phase was absurd to the max. Fine with him playing and I doubt the NFL wins the appeal. Those quotes above just show how divorced the NFL is from a legal notion of due process and guilt.
