    The online service they have planned is even duller. This is going to go the same way as the Wii U , they have learned nothing. I'm happy though no point in picking this thing up for atleast a year or 3 when it actually has games and costs probably 150~200

    This is the incentive to get people to pay for online multiplayer.

    not to defend nintendo's garbage online approach, but would anyone actually give a shit if the switch didn't have netflix? i have four devices within arm's reach of my desk that support it, and if i absolutely need to watch it portable-like i can do that on my smartphone, which i would actually carry with me outside the house (unlike the switch).

    Not including the trailer makes me think they didn't want to give off the impression that the switch is all ports of Wii U games, so instead they go with showing off nothing except two launch titles and a game with no name lol.

    My concern is my gf LOVES splatoon, with mk8 holding a close second. She passed out after the guy came on stage to announce the no name game, but she was already trying to posture for a switch for splatoon.

    I don't feel bad for them at all. More than likely they already own a Wii U to play said Zelda game, so they're craziness is beyond reasoning at this point. Unless they were really really impressed by the 1-2 Switch crap and the on-the-go concept.

    It's blatantly obvious to anyone with half a brain by now that Switch was a desperate scramble to recover from the whole Wii U debacle. There's absolutely no reason whatsoever to pick one up on March 3rd. Nintendo would've been better served to hold off on it, work on the hardware, and prepare a launch library.

    ...You can buy a set of joy con controllers for $80, or if you lose one side of your controller like is likely to happen, it's $50 to purchase the stand alone con...
