Sounds like it's a new game, not a port of something else or they would've shown footage. A localised version of Vesperia International would probably force me to buy the stupid thing though.

So reports are that this HD rumble is actually legit.
Also slow down on Zelda while docked, but silky smooth portable.
Get a pro controller, not a second joycon. You'll have all the options that way. A controller that doesn't look horrifyingly uncomfortable for home SP play, the normal mode for portability, two shitty SNES wannabes for most games, and two full controllers in case any games require it.
No ethernet is not a big deal.I still have my usb ethernet adapter from wii to use. Assuming it has a spare usb port.
Also, idk why you guys mad about 25gb of internal storage. Its only going to have one game to play for a year.
So basically, everything that should out-of-the-box for $300 you can pay more to have, and it is still < it's competition? Lol....
Got my preorder this morning at GameStop. All of the Gamestops had a sign posted in the window showing how many Switches they were going to receive on the 3rd. My local store was getting 54 units so I preordered the switch and the joy charging dock. Undecided as hell on whether to get the Master Edition of Zelda or not but my gf thinks I should lol.
Since this game was rushed (kept hearing summer release) I expect patches on Day 1 to resolve any technical issues.
You can patch stuff, but if the system is already displaying performance issues before even being released that is not a good indicator for how things will play out down the line.
Yeah seems like the Wii U version of Zelda will be the way to go, leaving pretty much zero reason to get a switch this year unless xenoblade makes a surprise summer release.
Gamestop has preorders up again but only in bundles with 3 or 5 games.
I stopped by my local Gamestop after work and did a preorder. They had 34 for the store and had gone through about 20 as of 7pm. Not 100% sure I'll keep it but having a system on an early version of the OS for potential homebrew down the road is also somewhat tempting.
It's WiiU all over again. You can patch stuff, but if the system is already displaying performance issues before even being released that is not a good indicator for how things will play out down the line.

I've heard FIFA Switch is based off of the 360/PS3 versions which still get made.

Literally 5 launch titles.
Edit: Also the Breath of the Wild digital download takes up 40% of the standard Switch storage capacity. Mega lol.
Full disclosure, that info I got from GameSpot, but their site is obnoxious and auto-plays video at max volume so I neglected to link it.
