After the nest switch, has anyone in NYC found new Charmander, Abra, or Dratini nests?
Got off the metro after work yesterday, and a 428 charmeleon was just chilling. Since I didn't have it, tried to catch it. However I'm down to only 10 pokeballs and 5 great balls. Toss berries, and all 5 of my great balls don't land anywhere near the thing, and 6/10 of my pokeballs do the same thing. The other 4 broke free. Ran out of balls. Spent my evening run just hitting up all the pokestops in the area by my apartment and now have implemented a policy on 1 berry/2 pokeballs max on Pokemon I have when farming.
I just did the joystick thing this morning, but not knowing where I should be going is kinda shitty. Would prefer to stay within NYC since it should cover most of what I'm looking for, but can't get any info on new nests and the python program isn't working for me either.
I'm gonna put it all aside for now and go back to it in a month or two.
Fully evolved my Alakazam with no Psycho Cut and my 2nd Gyarados with shit moves as well. /wrist
Yeah at the zoo. I had the map up and saw 1 whereas last night they kept popping up like crazy. Will have to check tonight.
Just my casual observation but the spread of Pokemon seems to alot better than it used to be around my usual haunts. I'm seeing things like Scyther, Horsea, Ponyta and alot more Bulbasaur/Squirtle than before.
Pokemon are definitely alot more lively with their attacks.
Yeah just in general everything seems to take up more pokeballs now. Enough people probably werent buying pokeballs so they are trying to combat that lol
Worst part about no battery saver option for iOS isn't even the power saving aspect. It's the fact that I can't put the phone in my pocket while the game runs without menus getting open and things happening. I accidentally powered up a Kabuto from inside my pocket and another time I had the player profile menu open.
If pokeballs weren't such a valuable commodity the current state of the game would be great. I'm definitely seeing a better spread of Pokemon but to be fair that might just be because I can now fly to lures around town.
