So someone filed a Nuisance/Unjust Enrichment Class Action regarding Pokestop/Gym GPS locations being on private properties. As a lawyer, the suit seems like it will likely be dismissed when Niantic actually responds.

Because it uses info from your account. That's why it wants you to log in with google/ptc or a google authentication key. I don't expect the site to abuse your info if you use something other than the authentication key nor do I think Niantic will ban you at some point for looking at hidden stats on your pokemon that can be estimated otherwise.

Not necessarily. It can be seen as Niantec encouraging trespassing which can be seen as a Public/Private Nuisance violation depending on the scope. But as long as Niantec diligently removes these asap upon been given notifying then their liability will be low to none. If it is found out that a reasonable company in their situation could of rectified the problem by removing the stops in X amount of days, and instead it took them XY amount of days, and they have a poor reason as to why it took them XY length, then yes they can be easily found liable.

How much? Meh not worth getting into since I am sure they are removing them with good speed

I also think the class action part of it will likely be dismissed. I've had similar class actions get kicked because following Walmart v. Dukes it is extremely hard to get a class certified, plus there are clearly factual issues unique to each class member.

Oh yeah, class action doesn't stand a chance unless this is happening in such large scope. I'm surprised a class action attorney even took the case with how risky they are to begin with. The person would of had a better chance with just a tort action against Niantec

That happened with me Eevee I was just talking about. was 98% and I guess as I've been leveling it's CP it's droped down to 96.x%~

or maybe you leveled the wrong Dratini ^^;?

Not entirely sure how the game works, but there's a gym at a restaurant nearby and the 3 pokemon there are like 4000+ CP. My highest is a 200 something Arbok.

If you look at the pokeadvisor website, at the community page, you can see that the highest level person started Monday and is now lv 36.

Brazil is going crazy with the exploits.

logged in on phone poped egg , logged out booted this up and leveled in a few mins this was ended up blowing most of the egg on the test lol

omg, I'm definately going to use that for my next level up spree. How does this work with the evolve timings? Is it still 30~s per evolve? Or does it bypass all that ( since no animation ) and can ramp it up to hopefully like 2-300 in 30 minutes.
