Every gym I've seen in the last week or so is topped by a dragonite. I don't even bother looking at them anymore.

From comparing my in-game radar to the PC desktop scanner (assuming its despawn times are accurate) the game actually updates too quickly to remove pokemon from the radar list. They will often be gone from the radar even though it still has about 2 minutes left before it despawns. So if you guys see something you really want on the radar maybe keep searching for a minute or two before you give up, even if it's gone from the game radar.
That seems to back up what people have been saying. This new radar condenses multiple instances of a type to one listing on the radar. E.g. 3 pidgeys close by will only show you one pidgey on radar. I don't like that for rarer pokemon because it makes it very difficult to determine if a location could be a nest. That's a really stupid idea for anything that isn't the common trash Pokemon.
Finally got a Tauros today. It's only 400cp but still.
I wish there were more pokemon that were useful. I can't believe how trash tier onyx is.
I laughed when I got the warning about not playing while driving. BITCH I'M A PASSENGER!
So they removed the 8 or so Pokestops and the 2 gyms that were at Cowboys Stadium. Jerry wasn't having it.
I also noticed that when I drove up, the Nearby list was completely empty. So I'm guessing when they remove Pokestops/gyms, they also remove Pokemon spawn points for a specific radius. Place was completely bare of Pokemon. Last time I was there, there was one spawning every 5 steps damn near.
But that warning pops up everytime you turn on the game....
Naw, I think they added a new one that detects if you are in a moving vehicle.
I havent driven since this update. But i have been able to hit pokestops at 55mph before

From what I understand, it doesn't stop you. It just makes you confirm that you aren't the one driving.
seems the driving warning goes off about every 5 minutes if you're going too fast. getting it here and there on the golf cart at work, lol
I just got the "driving too fast" when my gps was trying to re-establish a connection. This is going to get annoying.
Get on constantly on a train qq
