Apparently there was a big banwave for spoofers and botters. Be careful with any 3rd party stuff if you go down that route.

Power save mode is already broke, at least for me. It won't let me out of the mode unless I restart. And sometimes when I open the app it is frozen in power save mode. Had to once again disable it.

I never used it after the first day or so when it never updated anything after exiting power save mode.

Power Saving mode would randomly lock all controls after it exits. Not to mention the app would sometimes refuse to update after being left alone for 15-20 minutes forcing me to restart anyways.

Man, how are people leveling up fast? Im level 15 and using the lucky egg + evolving tons of lowby pokemon (allllll the Pidgeys) is starting to not make a dent.

It's almost impossible to be lvl 35+ legit. And I'm super annoyed about all of the GPS spoofers and botters. I was by far the highest player near me, and owned all of the gyms in my area. And then suddenly when bots and GPS spoofing started to happen it became impossible to claim gyms. As soon as I'd take one, it'd get taken back within minutes even if it was in the middle of nowhere with no one near me. Fast forward to today, every gym in my area is owned by a team of lvl 37-39 with only 3000+ Dragonites in it.

I really, really hope they start banning GPS spoofers and botters. I'm so tired of people in various Pokémon Go groups bragging about how they have all pokémon because "they got the other regions from eggs" while only having 88 hatched eggs total. Bitch, please, we know you cheated your way to them, it's just embarrassing to brag about it. Especially the Swedish guy who bragged about it in a mainstream newspaper.

I really don't mind if you bot and GPS spoof as long as you don't claim gyms and brag about your accomplishments. It just doesn't sit right with me.

Rumor has it, yeah, but according to pokedev it's just anecdotal evidence. Not a lot of people seem to have gotten banned.

So I got an 1105cp Aerodactyl today walking into work. My 10km egg hatched into a 1076 Scyther. And I got the last Bellsprout I needed to evolve and get my 1297 Victreebel. Not a bad day.

It's a shame Aerodactyl isn't too good in this. I hope they do something to account for speed in a future update. Also I'd hold onto that Scyther, at 1k, evolving when gen2 comes out and Scizor is released is going to get a shit load of CP.

Low 30s, I'd imagine. I got to 28 two weeks ago but more or less stopped playing since then. I think the threshold is like.. 35+ is cheating. Exp just starts to get way too high above 30.

I came across 5 different gyms, all owned by Instinct, all with the same level 35 dude, with a 3000 CP Dragonite, in each gym as leader. This spoofing is getting out of control.

Took small breaks but I'm almost lv22 in Japan. Walking sometimes up to 10-15 miles a day

I imagine they're using an Egg to guard a gym, and since the game probably doesn't comprehend it, youre unable to defeat it, thus locking the gym down.

How they do it I do not know.

I haven't really played in awhile since spoofing made it boring, but after I heard about the recent banwave for spoofers the past couple days I logged on and saw I was fine. I'll take what I got /shrug
