Pokemon Go (Mobile July 2016)

Gotta say, of the various games and services I've been banned from over the years, Pokemon Go has, by far, the shittiest way of notifying you that you're banned, in that it just doesn't.

Not to give you false hope, but I am still playing after I had the 'unable to get game data' and 'Our servers are humbled by your...' page one morning. Couple of hours later, I tried again and could login.

I'd say try at least once in 2-3 days, if you still get that crap, then yeah, you're fucked.

It's a half assed, useless attempt at an IV analyzer? Like their pokemon radar? If it doesn't give me exact values it's just useless.

Looks like an attempt to emulate the IV checker in the mainline games, except that one is actually useful because it tells you the only thing that matters in those games - whether your Pokemon's IVs are perfect or not. But because it's nearly impossible to catch a perfect IV pokemon in Go and you can't breed them for stats, this kind of IV checker is useless without giving specific numbers.

I don't think you're banned. I've gotten that message before and it was not a ban. Just server issues.

Also nest changes again. Meowth nest here is now a Psyduck nest. So Growlithe > Meowth > Psyduck. Still wish i didn't discover the Growlithe nest a few days before the first change.

Brothers getting the same message. Everyone else experiencing nest changes as well?

Edit: In my area all of the nest changes are accurate as reflected on reddit.

And the game still has no functional tracking after 2 months. Good game Niantic enjoy your money you festering axe gash.

Yeah, they changed nests again. Here we went from Meowth > Psyduck. The other two I found that might be nests I'm not sure what they were before hand. City's FB community only has 24 people... so not much info gets out besides me posting so far.

So close to 125 Squirtle candies for double evo to Blastoise.... but only caught 1 of the 6 Squirtles Ive located (5 run aways, not 5 on radar). The good news is I think the Firstside Park Ponyta nest looks like it may be a Squirtle nest now. Saw three there today in less than 30 combined minutes there between lunch and walking to the light rail station. If I see a few more tomorrow I'm confirming that as a Squirtle nest.

Just tossing this out there just in case people didn't know about it, but there is a new "pokevision" site. It doesn't work as well, but it's something. You might have to keep clicking the scan until it successfully scans. If the circle goes red, it failed.

My wife got banned about a week ago, so I knew my time was coming eventually. It finally got around to me last night, but of course no emails for either of us. Because why would they, right? I'm not starting over, but will definitely keep up on the news just to watch them run the game straight into the ground :^)
