Magikarp spawn in my backyard so I sure will. It's not hard to run into something once a day.

Well, that kind of sucks for me. Means I have to drive into town to get a daily bonus unless Niantic finally populates rural/ass end of nowhere.
Aaand I kinda quit my job. So no catching at work everyday. Atleast until I find a new, less sucky one.
Do like the addition though!
Daily log in bonuses for first pokestop and first caught Pokemon of the day are now active but pokestops are now speedlocked and can't be spun above 20mph
The threat of litigation is seriously going to kill this game
Holding a game company responsible for people being fucktards just makes me frustrated. The game doesn't tell you to do it, but they'll sure as hell try to say it does from a legal standpoint. It's no better than fat people sueing/blaming McDonald's for making them fat. No one wants to own up to being dicktwats.
I'm playing less and less with every update. Keep slitting your own wrists, Niantic. =/
Might as well make the game screen go black if you go over 20 mph at this rate. There's basically no point to this app as a passenger in any vehicle anymore be it car, bus, train etc.
Along with the "first PokeStop of the day" bonus, Stops seems to be giving a ton more balls in general.
Looks like it's just another short-time event though. Goes from the 7th to the 11th.
I had to google it. I'm still in awe that it actually happened.
And yeah, increased spawn rates and increased items from stops until the 11th. Or are the items a permanent thing? Either way.. when I pulled up to a gym and later a pokestop there were atleast 7 mons of varying types at each. It was crazy.
Stops are limited to 3 items after the daily bonus. Really sucky if the bonus is a shit draw.
Double XP week starting Wednesday!
IDK if anyone cares anymore, but a huge CP update just hit...
Copying from FFXIAH. My personal notes are>Originally Posted by "Cerberus.Jiko" pid=3192589
A lot of Pokemon are significantly more viable now. Looks like Stage 1/2 Pokemon got nerfed a bit and Final evolutions/Non-Evo's got buffed.(Note Im level 23, so the caps im listing are for that level)
Vaporeon 1919 - IDK what it was before, i think 1711.
Rhydon - 1873 (Holy cow a huge jump. Can be 2k+ If I max it)
Flareon/Jolten 1696/1630 respectively, were in ~1200 range I think pre-this. Both likely can hit ~1800 if I capped em
Golem 1721 - Probably 1850~ cap... was ~1200 before.
Pinsir 1699 - He's about capped. Probably 1720~. Was like 900 Before. Almost doubled.
Gengar 1608 - Probably around 1700 cap. Was 1213~ or so before.
Kingler - 1437 (was like 1k pre)
Jynx - 1390 (was much lower, IDR)
There are so many on the "down" list that are total WTFs... While I've been waiting for this they really just stabbed the ball then dropped it... in a pile of shit.
Pidgeot got reduced? What.. really? Because Pidgeots were so rampant in gyms.
Arbok... Golbat... seriously? Ninetales AND Arcanine.... why did they need a reduction? Seriously. ><
While Raticate got a boost.. lol. Maybe my 91% Hyper Beam Raticate might be gym worthy now!
Vaporeon got a boost, because it totally wasn't popular enough.
Jolteon got a huge buff though.
and that double XP thing is also double Stardust so if you're planning any bulk evolution sessions, definitely wait until Wednesday.
