There are so many on the "down" list that are total WTFs... While I've been waiting for this they really just stabbed the ball then dropped it... in a pile of shit.

Pidgeot got reduced? What.. really? Because Pidgeots were so rampant in gyms.
Arbok... Golbat... seriously? Ninetales AND Arcanine.... why did they need a reduction? Seriously. ><

While Raticate got a boost.. lol. Maybe my 91% Hyper Beam Raticate might be gym worthy now!
Vaporeon got a boost, because it totally wasn't popular enough.

While the Vaporeon boost was completely nonsense, Raticate was widely known in the metagame on Pokemon Go / Silph Road as frequently wildly outperforming his CP. With the right move set it could compete with Pokemon twice its CP. Interesting to see if they're just normalizing his CP with his performance now or if it can still take down much stronger Pokemon. Jolteon boost is nice though, got some 2k+ Jolteons. Interested to see how strong Chansey is now.... mine is mid 800s now instead of 320ish and apparently all of the Chansey buff was DEF to go with its already insanely high HP. Might be a sponge pokemon that forces a team to have powerful enough attackers just to not violate the time limit in gym battles.

as what i guess would be a hard core player this update has me super stoked ive not seen it said here but Alakazam has the 2nd highest attack in the game now makeing him a beast of a attacker if you can dodge.

Ditto is out, but they are always disguised as other pokemon and will only relieve their true from after being captured.

Yeah I got one last night that transformed from a ratatta. Will be interesting to see how the transform gimmick works in gyms

Just bring a crap mon in your first slot, Ditto takes his shape, switch out and murder. They'll probably be the lowest pokemon in a gym, so it shouldn't be hard to do.

They transform into whatever they first encounter, then stay that. From what I'm reading.

I also got a Ditto from a Rat. That evolve-like animation when it's revealed is pretty cool.

I'm seeing nothing but reports of Ratatta and Pidgey turning into Ditto. I don't think I've seen anything else mentioned yet on FB between the two pages I follow for my area. I wonder if Ditto can be pulled in by Lures/Incense? I've seen nothing mentioned about that yet.

Just spent an hour in town(not Omaha or Lincoln where it's raining Dittos as they're an hour away) catching EVERYthing I saw and didn't find one yet. But hey, double dust!

From what I've read it seems to be pidgeys, spearows, rattatas and magikarps that have a chance to be Ditto.

My opinion of Go is so low that even a small tracker is the best thing for this game. Its too little too late but hey, something is better than the nothing that it was

Wife had a Rattata on an incense that turned into a Ditto about an hour ago. So yes, it can come from an incense.

It's actually way worse. It will ONLY show you pokemon near pokestops. Otherwise your sightings are just going to be empty if you're not in range of a stop.

I found my Ditto this morning while walking my dog. It was disguised as a Venonat which kinda took me by surprise a bit. Was unexpected but finally happy to get Ditto onto the PokeDex list.
