I walked to the park near my house with a ton of shaky grass but no pokes ever popped out. Is this normal?

edit: well I see in the reddit link it's no guarantee a poke is there. still, pretty weak I walked through the entire park for 20 min and didn't see a single poke

You actually don't need to look at your phone in order to know something is around. It buzzes you when you're near a pokestop/gym/pokemon spawn. If you just go out walking, and let your phone do that, then there's no reason to walk around with your head to your phone.

Anyone logging in with PTC? I just get endless spinning loading when trying to login using Pokemon Trainer Club. Been that way for about 24 hours now. Already deleted game, redownloaded, cleared phone cache, restarted phone, etc.

Is everyone here just using google?

So far as I know, only google has worked.

Just drove 27 miles home from work with the app opened and the incubator didn't incubate shit.

It stops calculating if you move too fast. its like it knows your not walking. But i hear it works on a bike and skateboarding. So maybe if your stuck in massive traffic

How much did you spent on this game?

You can't use rl money to level up pokemon and stuff. So I don't see how money helps. Money just helps incubate faster, give you poke hot spots, bag/inventory space
