Are you getting your poke balls back that miss? I roll with 50-100 and don't have any problems since I get so many back.

They don't come back. That's a myth.
I'll try it out again tonight, then. I would usually open the app, walk the length of my house or from my car or something and just get nothing so I figured it wasn't an actual random encounter, just invisible nodes you needed your gps to ping.
Gf and I are addicted. We going to share an account. Can we share accounts? So the gyms reset each day? How about stops? Also do the same Pokemon appear in each location based on gps locstion?
Why would you?
Stops feel like reset every 30 min. I can go to my bedroom wall and get the stop across the street, but I haven't timed it.
Stops reset every 5-6 minutes.
Really? It seemed like they did when you spam click them after missing. Although I never checked the actual numbers in my bag since I'm always dumping them. Everything on the Internet has been wrong or poor information, like curveballs the circle size etc. That and/or the game is just super inconsistent.
Used 25 balls to catch an asshole 255 Bulbasaur, the a 535 Victreebell pops and I run out of balls trying to get that. Blah!
Somebody told me that you can now request new Pokestops/Gyms on the Niantic support website but I can't see exactly where you would do that.

Yeah, theres a little counter now to the bottom right of the ball icon when tossing. Ill be at 120, miss a ball, click on it and it'll flash, and i'll still be at 119.
Would it hurt if the game actually taught you how the battling works?
It's like the early days of FFXI all over again. Please look forward to it.
Did Oak really explain anything to Red, Blue or Ash when they first started?
No.
The game is stupidly easy.
What is everyone so confused about?
I am curious how long this craze is going to last. I am already getting bored and even once they add the ability to battle friends the battle system is not deep enough to really allow much strategy. any pokemon that has a much higher CP value will always win.
Catching new types of pokemon is fun and exciting still, but just catching one is kind of worthless since you need to catch a plethora of a single type to level them up. So just visiting a beach for one day isn't going to really do much aside just fill up your pokedex.
They really missed the chance to give a deeper leveling system that allows you to level up through candy and battling. If you could level up/gain xp through battling the game would be way different and more appealing in the long term
Agreed. I understand that there is always a social aspect with these games, and this one is meant to make you get out to catch Pokemon, but the candy thing is killing me. For even shit pleb Poke like Zubat you need to catch 13 to evolve it. When you don't have things in your area, then you're going to be stuck with a single Poke that never does anything.
The only real advantage is that you can find the evolved forms, and hopefully more often as you get to higher levels.
