A update was just applied to my app and I cannot find the patch notes, but I noticed that this game still hasn't hit a 1.0 version, we're at 0.29.3.

The game system also works against the idea of Pokemon imo. You can't make a super OP pikachu for example since without evolving him his stats will always be limited.

I've kept a majority of the pokeman I've captured seeing as you can hold 250 at a time and haven't had seen any reason to level any yet, (only level 7.)

Do Psychic type pokemon just have lower CP? All the Abras and Kadabras I catch are always sub 300.

rank 14 here saving a lucky egg and waiting for my next big push went to a park spent an hour catching about 45+ pokemon (its got 6 stops in a circle and a gym) 4 lures were going the whole time.

^ above park is a onxy fuckin orgy had 2 spawn mutiple times and singles all over , fyi onxy is utter shit all sub 300 all orange or red to catch waste of time past the first.

I was doing that from level 1-4/5 so I've transferred a majority for candy as well. Since I noticed the XL/XS note on some Weights and Heights I've decided to hold on to them all for a time. You can still transfer them, just wondering if everyone would like to compile data for what they catch in a day before transferring.

Not Fully Evolved (NFE) is it's own league for a reason. Not fully evolved pokemon have always been significantly worse than fully evolved pokemon because their base stats were noticeably less.

The whole 'click the pokeball to keep it' is a trick to try and get people to waste more pokeballs since you're likely to keep tapping and end up throw a 0 power pokeball onto the floor.

I am curious how long this craze is going to last. I am already getting bored and even once they add the ability to battle friends the battle system is not deep enough to really allow much strategy. any pokemon that has a much higher CP value will always win.

Catching new types of pokemon is fun and exciting still, but just catching one is kind of worthless since you need to catch a plethora of a single type to level them up. So just visiting a beach for one day isn't going to really do much aside just fill up your pokedex.

They really missed the chance to give a deeper leveling system that allows you to level up through candy and battling. If you could level up/gain xp through battling the game would be way different and more appealing in the long term

This games still essentially a Beta launch.

We haven't even still really seen true Pokemon which are tiers, desired movesets, egg moves and min/maxing.

If and when that becomes a thing, then we'll see quite a few Pokes get culled because they're objectively worse. I noticed that though the game is still only Gen I that Pokemon like Clefairy have their Gen V-VI Fairy typing along with Steel types floating around.

Went to 2 gyms manned by like 300 CP pokemon during lunch. As soon as I got there, suddenly 1200+ CP pokemon guarding it.

Hit level 10, and got some bullshit "Bag is full". Dumped a bunch of potions and a few revives, but does bag size increase with level?
