Pokemon Go (Mobile July 2016)

Protip for people who live in hot places: go to the park when the sun is going down and it cools off a bit. There'll still be five thousand people in most parks all night so it should be safe enough (at least, that's been my experience so far).

re: phone bills. The game doesn't seem to take that much data. My carrier is T-mobile and they're giving free data for Pokemon Go for a year so...score...

So I googled six flags great america and holy crap!! Looks like a pokemon go orgy. 3 gyms and 30 stops.

Also found out you can pick up missed pokeballs if you tap them before they go offscreen.

Check your counter bottom right of the pokemon ball after you do that. It doesn't go up.

Idk if anyone knows what strongest special is but I have a Ponyta with Fire blast at 60 and Tangela with Solar beam at 65.

Finally caught the Bulbasaur that wanders near my office. Hadn't been up since my encounter last week when the servers kept crashing. Also got a Squirtle from an egg to up my candy count, a Seaking, Onyx, Dodrio, Abra from egg for more candy, and a 427 Koffing (yay?).

Yesterday wasn't so bad. Still saving up Poke for my first Lucky Egg use. Have the following to evolve:

I live in a shit neighborhood with no nearby gym or pokestops. So anytime I'm home nothing ever comes out. I think I've gotten an evee and rat since playing. So much of my time playing is while I'm on any breaks from work or if I have the game open and I hear the vibration while I work. So leveling is ungodly slow. I'm going to try and spend lunch next to a stop, pop a lure, and hope for the best.

Do the stop lures and personal lures stack their effects at all?

I'm nearly ready for some lucky egg time to, I have over 30 evolves I can do currently.
