Once this game gets its shit together it'll probably get money out of me. But is not getting a dime until I know my investment isn't being flushed like the server

Server's down for me. You'd think they'd work on upgrading by now.
I like to think that when they released it they were thinking "Oh, we'll get maybe 30 million people tops" and now that its released and damn near everyone is playing it, they're shitting their pants in a massive panic trying to figure out how handle all the players.
They could probably start by doing anything at all or conversing with us to let us know their progress but they seem to be too inept to even do that lol.
Hopefully something will happen soon other than you know, feature removing bugs and more launches
"On July 19, T-Mobile is offering free unlimited data on Pokemon Go for a full year. The offer will be available on the T-Mobile Tuesdays app."
Gotta get it through the app and redeem it, just a reminder to T-Mobile customers today.
They did change the server down screen to "Our servers are humbled by your overwhelming response. Rest assured, we are working on it." or something, instead of just "Server unavailable", so there's that...
I'm so mad.....
Leaving my appointment earlier today and I have PoGo on but sitting in the cupholder of my car. I hear something spawn but I don't look right away thinking it's just another Pidgey or something. I pick it up after about 10 seconds, and I see the fiery tail of a Rapidash.....FML. I tried turning around to get it to respawn but it wouldn't even though I went right back to the area I spotted it at.
Figured out the location thats going to get me my dragonite. This was in 1 sitting

Max cp level

Even a shit tier list

Jolteon's not terrible? His CP cap is lower but he usually comes with a Quick Primary (5) and Strong secondary(50+), which is optimal. Then again I don't follow PokemonGO Meta as I don't care enough about it when the entire combat system is "Tap tap tap tap tap tap tap"
Low dps, low hp, so far behind the other two.
Dont see how people have so many eevees to even get so many eons.
I have only seen like 4 eevee @ lvl 14
So to get a little clarification...
When walking around can you only find the pokemon listed as "nearby" in the game, or can anything appear? And do lures/incenses just increase the rate at which things appear or do they "attract" the "nearby" pokemon as well?
