Definitely depends on how many people/cellular service going on. Our power plant which has zero pokemon, most of the town is barren with the exception of near the hospital and the beaches which are swarmed. That's where everyone is right now anyway, makes sense.

There's a few Ponyta spawn points on the West Side here. One of the small parks seems to always have at least one up.

Question, when you capture a pokemon in a spawn area, is there a respawn provided you're still in the window? Or is it once you capture, you're done with that particular spawn point/window?

That's it. Spawn windows are open 15 min. After you capture it you have to wait for a new window to spawn.

I live in Texas. 90%+ Humidity 100% of the time. Central Park would be a crowded cooling station in comparison.
