Got a Magmar out of a 10 km egg today. A 2 km egg popped first and I got a Caterpie and thought it was the 10 km egg. I was about to break something.

So having a gym right outside my new office and moving downtown has been a pokegodsend now I can get my daily coins easily plus I've gotten so many pokemon I've never seen before

Nice. I hatched a Lapras and Hitmonlee + Hitmonchan today out of the 5 (!!) 10k eggs I had on me (the other was an eevee and the last is still far from hatching). I also double checked how many eggs I actually hatched and that number is 279 with 164 km. Pokedex up to 122. Still no region exclusive hatches though.

Starters in the wild really depends on where you live. In Vegas we see Pikachu and Charmanders occasionally, bulbasaur and squirtle are much rarer due to the general lack of grass and water (although there are nests somewhere). I've only seen 1 squirtle in the wild and that was near a lake.

The majority of eggs I get are 5k. I had a good smattering of 10k and 2k when I was starting out, but now it seems almost all I get are 5k. Just now clearing out 9/9 5k eggs. Half of them become pidgeys, spearows, sandshrews and other useless junk, half become something worthwhile.

Nice. 322 eggs hatched on 189km walked. 120 Pokedex.

Also missed out on a Dragonite while at work. During my lunch break, I drove to an apartment complex about 15 mins away that was draped in Pokemon. Got back to work and an hour or so later, checked PokeVision for the apartment I was at earlier and there was a freaking Dragonite there.

Only level 25. Should be 26 by tomorrow night. I haven't been very efficient. And no region specific ones from eggs.

Edit: I dont understand teh Sylph Road IV Calculator. the stats allow me to enter it at 3 different positions on the CP Arc. 1 says its shitty, 1 says its ok, 1 says is awesome. can someone explain that to me D:
Moar Edit: Those being 11.5, 12, and 12.5 estimated pokemon level.

Take note of what time it was. My place actually has 2 pokemon spawns right next to each other. One at :58 and the other at :01. They spawn every hour at the same spot at the same minute and last for 15 minutes.

I've watched my area for 24 hours at a time. Its never spawned before and haven't seen it since. Also, I'm starting to see a rise on other Pokemon I've never see spawn. Exeggcute and Haunter for example. Never spawned in 3-6 Kilometers of my area before. Ever since last night, I've seen and caught 9 of each

I've noticed an oddity with my pokemon go also. The road placement in the game... is all messed up now (at least the pokestops/gyms are still in the correct location)
