I don't believe I've seen it answered yet but it looks like the good Radar apps are for things that aren't IOS. Is there anything better than Vision for IOS? I've looked on the App store and all the ones posted say they are not for Iphones but will be in the future.

Attacks changed in the game. Water Gun, Lick, etc got nerfed. Other quick moves got buffed. Strong moves (mostly) got buffed. Hyper Beam is 120, Blizzard is 100. Body Slam got nerfed. Looks like Vapreon/Snorlax got fucked.

Its going to be okay bruh. The game is in its infancy, like a month out of the gate, and you don't expect changes to combat and balance adjustments? This game could literally have a completely different combat system in a year. Save yourself some stress and expect brand new mobile games to get patches that change things :\, especially to things that were apparently OP (though I've literally never heard about this Lick crap until these last few posts)

Bright side is based on my Pokemon, Its changed retroactively so people who had lick now have the nerfed lick, and those with Lick to come also have nerf lick.

I for one appreciate the changes they've made to many of the "Charge" moves... makes many of the useless ones feel worth using. I don't see any "15 Primary, 15 Secondary" bullshit, though it may still exist they don't seem to give us Patch notes in game, only reason I noticed the changes was because I was looking through my Pokemon...

Edit: And they may have just nerfed lick as a balance to Hyper Beam now having what, 2x the damage it did before?

Edit2: I had to double check but hopefully since they nerfed it down from 10 to 5 they also adjusted its attack speed delay, at least then you could charge the bar quicker... Using this information here, which is outdated from these changes:

"Wing Attack" (Pidgeot) was nerfed from 15 to 9
"Bubble" (Squirtle, Poliwag) Buffed to 25 (Up from 10 I think)
"Vine Whip" (Bulbs) nerfed to 7 (Down from 10?)
"Scratch"(Charmander) Nerfed to 6 .. (Down from 10?)

Looks like many of these may have been updated to balance out the Secondary "Charge" attack buffs... but Idk if they adjusted their speed to compensate or they were just correcting speed? Lots of changes.

Welp, looks like the Growlithe spawn near my house is gone now. That's a bummer. Guess I'll just hang onto these candies until I bump into a higher CP one than I currently have.

Edit: It may not be listed on the Play Store but you can just sideload the APK if you can find it.

Apparently one of the best Pokemon now is... Wigglytuff with Pound/Hyper Beam! And I have one with 98% IV with those moves.

Yeah they nerfed Water Gun (and buffed/nerfed a lot of other stuff) so Vaporeon can't shit on a Jolteon any more. I think Snorlax with Lick and Earthquake/Hyper Beam is still very good though.

Been having fun looking around at all the new nests in my area. Unfortunately, the two dratini spawn areas we had (which already had piddly spawn points) have vanished, but on the bright side there's now a golf course with 6 pikachu spawns at once...

Some nests have swapped pokemon, other nests I believe have been completely removed as nests, and it looks like there might be some new nest areas as well so definitely check around if you have the time.

Does Lapras have an ice attack? It's probably to counter the excess Dragonites people managed to get. From my apartment I can see 4 gyms just by scanning around 360degrees. It's not uncommon for 3 out of 4 to have a Dragonite as the leader +_+
