    Saw some recordings of the FF6 opera... looked so fucking epic. Sad I'll probably never see that live. :<

    jfc it's been 12 years since I saw the Opera and Dancing Mad with a pipe organ. (UCLA September 2011) Hope the playlist comes out in your favor.

    Has anyone been to the A New World FF concerts? I just saw they're coming near me later this month so I might go check it out since theres no Distant World dates near me anytime soon

    I've been to one. They're pretty cool. Similar to Distant Worlds, but a much smaller group, no chorus, etc., so they generally do different songs than DW. (And I want to say there was no screen/video? Pretty sure but it's been a while...)

    I went to one of the first New World concerts they did and yea, it's pretty amazing. Since it's essentially chamber music, you really get to see and hear each individual instrument. Iirc, they still did One Winged Angel to close things out but the rest of the pieces were new and typically pieces that didn't need a full orchestra.

    I will also be at the Charlotte show, no way Distant Worlds was coming to my city and I was gonna miss it! I'm very excited!

    I'm probably gonna be at French Quarter (the alleyway outside of Latta Arcade) after the show is over, I like to hang out at Belfast Mill a lot. If anyone wants to come grab a drink afterwards, I won't be hard to find, I will probably wear a shirt with Gweivyth on it LOL

    This is one show I might actually travel for... so many good selections and Amanda Achen will be there so you know they are playing some of Endwalker's bangers.
