Welp, while October was a catastrophe, November has been better for the Flames. Took some time to soak it in (also just went to and came back from an audition >_>), they played really well against Florida and Tampa, and in the games against Pittsburgh and Washington completely shutdown both Crosby and Ovie. Flames play "2nd last in the central division" Chicago twice next week, so we'll see how those games go. But if this trend continues to go upwards, the team might be able to get their shit together and be in a position to compete by Christmas.

I'm still really wary of our goalie situation.

Edit: Flames are only 4 points back of 2nd place Arizona (yep, you read that right). Definitely in a position to compete already in an incredibly weak pacific division. And if Anaheim proceeds to lose tonight, we won't be at the bottom with the Oilers
