Not long I'd imagine. Pens have never been slow to toss the coach and Johnston wasn't even the guy they wanted to hire (they wanted to get the guy whos now coaching Vancouver but he declined their job offer post-interviews). The team doesn't seem to listen to him any better than they listened to Bylsma. They're treating their games like an And-1 mix tape session and getting way too fancy. They were passing to nowhere all over the place last night. Drop passes when they were the 5th guy back, passing it to the point without looking and no ones there cause the D are changing, etc. The effort level is there, no one is coasting in circles, but they're being way too fucking cute with the puck and are unorganized.

I am really happy about this; hope it works out financially over the long term. Hockey, Soccer, and Tennis are the three women's sports that I have no problem at all watching. Olympic women's hockey is awesome.
