Considering it's his throwing arm AND he's had surgery on it previously, I'd be just a little hesitant to ensure that he's completely 100% is all. It's an injury that kept him out the week, so there might be some risk to further damaging it or he was completely ineffective at practice.

It was just a bruise and it was hampering his throwing power, so the decision was made to sit out. By all accounts so far he'll likely be fine by this Sunday.

The thing I like about AZ's defense this year is it isn't reliant on just throwing 9 rushers at the QB. That worked in most games, but not in games with a QB that could do things besides stand in the pocket and get smashed. I just hope they stay healthy. Losing Mathieu and Campbell at different points last year really sucked.

Also, getting the ball to Fitz on offense for the first time in 3 years is a pretty good move. Moving him to the slot should have happened last year, but better late than never.
