Were they forced to put Navarro in the 9th batting spot in the order? He took over for Martin, couldn't they have left the batting order the same and let more of the 3-4-5 guys have a better shot of getting an at-bat?

Navarro was pinch hitting for Goins for some reason, which really blew my mind since Goins had finally started getting it going over the past few games, and Navarro hasn't done anything. Gibbons sucks, pretty plain and simple, if he doesn't lose his job, it's gonna be another disappointing end to a season next year.

It's beyond retarded, Goins is a defensive stud, Navarro was already going to be placed in the game since they pinch run for Martin, if you had only gotten the tie you've then taken our best defensive infielder out of the game, one who happens to, at that, be hitting pretty well over the past few games. Move should never have happened. Thing is, you can go back through the entire playoffs and probably find 20-30 errors from Gibbons where you're just scratching your head thinking "What the fuck is he doing here"

just a shame it was the bottom of the lineup (and Ben Revere, who should have been at the bottom of the lineup) up with 2nd and 3rd and less than 2 outs

That was a great game last night. Really proud of this Jays team. It's tough to swallow this loss now but I hope this is the start of something to come. Jays need to re-sign AA and then get to work on bolstering that rotation and bullpen. The rest of the team looks very good.

The Argos lost 34-2 last night...

That was a great game last night. Really proud of this Jays team. It's tough to swallow this loss now but I hope this is the start of something to come. Jays need to re-sign AA and then get to work on bolstering that rotation and bullpen. The rest of the team looks very good.
