Are you new to hurricanes? Ever since Katrina EVERYTHING is something to get paranoid about.

Unfortunately, Hurricanes are predictable... but people are not. So if they don't leave or get up in arms and get the fuck out and the hurricane decides to turn and make landfall, they're fucked.

I'll take their idiotic paranoia over dead bodies any day of the week.

Hurricanes ain't nothing to fuck with no matter how strong they may be "perceived" to be. Sandy was barely a Category 1 and it fucked up New York/New Jersey. To be fair, though, that region isn't typically equipped with the infrastructure and experience to deal with it that constant targets like the Gulf and Atlantic coastlines typically are.
