The issue isn't the filters or lack of them, it's the selective modding and enforcement of Rule 1.

I just want to point out if they asked us to come on before this mess we would have said yes (at least I would have). I'm not ruling out that we could in the future but I don't think doing so currently would do anything other than provide this thread more fuel.
