Someday when you're stuck on a desert island and need to do long division in the sand, hoo boy, are you gonna feel foolish.

A guy I know is suing CNN for racial and religious discrimination. I went to college with this guy, did an internship with him, he even came to my birthday party one year. He is a good dude and I have no reason to believe he would be lying.

Being a good dude =/= being good at your job.
That being said I bet it's true. It's not a huge request to ask people to watch their language in an office situation. Sounds like he made one or two comments and got himself on the wrong side of the inter-office cool kids.
Hope he fleeces em.
If saying Jesus Christ or God Damn is creating a hostile work environment for Christians, I'm in trouble.
I'm curious why he would want to go back? Near the end of the article he says he wants his position re-instated, but I would assume that'd be a terrible environment to work in now that he's taken the group to court.
Claiming racism in regards to her asking if there was a lost generation of african americans. I don't know if my sides can handle this level of laff.
We have a guy like this in our shop. He's a really nice guy, but here is an actual overheard conversation between him and another engineer:
D: "Man, this is B.S."
B: "You mean boy scouts?"
D: "...No B I mean it's bullshit."
We eventually had to have management involved, and since then it's been a lot better but the guy really can be a challenge to work with.
Becuase he said bullshit...?
Lol no, because the other guy went full derp at the slightest hint of a swear word. It was impossible to work around him for about six months before everyone got fed up with having to walk on eggshells when he was around. Once we went to our boss and asked him to politely remind this gentleman this wasn't a 1950's TV sitcom, and that yes, while some of our cross talk needed to be reigned in a bit, calling someone out for language for saying B.S. is a step too fucking far.
Sorry I wasn't very clear with who we were exasperated with and why.
Old, but I read the comments and learned detransitioning is a thing. https://gendertrender.wordpress.com/...transitioners/
Some people just want attention.
four
four years old, and this person was transitioning. FOUR FUCKING YEARS OLD.
Kindergarden doesnt fucking start till you're 5, yet somehow this individual knew that they were "trapped in the wrong body"...either that or it was some idiotic parents who thought that because their child is preferring toys of the opposite gender, they must start the transition early.
what the fuck.
That's just dumb parents. "Mommy I think I'm actually supposed to be a girl"
"OH BILLY I RESPECT YOU BECAUSE YOU CAN BE WHAT YOU WANT"
All the while ignoring that kids have no idea what they're talking about.
Who will lead the way against a future of virtual reality rape in video games?

VR lives matter?
It actually is.
My aunt has 2 boys (She's a lesbian) and her now-ex partner is part of the whole crazy genderforcing nutbags in NYC. My aunt won full custody pretty easily because of some of the batshit stuff her partner said about pushing her kids toward weird gender roles.
