The bay area is weird when it comes to assuming what the crime ridden shit holes are. People point to Oakland and Richmond, yet we are only 33 days into the year, San Jose already has had it's fourth murder. Antioch over 2016 averaged a freeway drive by like every 40 days or something crazy like that. Even Pleasanton has had an uptick in violent crime, though most lazy people just blame BART's expansion into Castro Valley and Pleasanton for the uptick in crime.

I blame the poors. . You see like zero violent crime in Mill Valley and Tiburon. But the way the more well off people there (which is kind of saying something for those towns) haggle on everything is practically criminal. Like seriously dude you living in a 3 story house built into a hill in one of the most nicer and expensive areas around and you gunna try to lower the price you already agreed to? People like that definitely need to be thrown in a cell with these rioters
