Is it wrong that I had to google third wave feminism?
Not really, it's basically just feminism that takes into consideration women that aren't straight, white, and middle-class.
I mean, that's the actual definition, but I'm sure if you asked folks like Panda they would say "tumblr".
Literally trash commi feminism caught in a morass of the diseased ideology of post modernists.
See.
Soooo because of this one false rape accusation, feminism is a sham?
OP one

http://www.newshub.co.nz/home/world/...cusations.html five (ish, she threatened it)
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/men/think...ccusation.html six
http://www.miaminewtimes.com/news/um...-false-9039025 seven, and mentions that anywhere between 2-10% of all rape accusations are false.
Whats the punishment for a false accusation? A slap on the wrist.
You are so warm. I am really cheering for you here. Eventually you'll figure out the boogeyman is the system and not feminism. The same system that lets some rapists off to easy, the same system that lets rich murderes off with affluenza the same system, that does not have a harsh punishment for false accusations.
Also, 2-10% of rape allegations being false is both a huge margin of error and a laughably small number when you consider how infrequently rape is reported to begin with.
Isn't the second link saying she could face up to five years in prison?
Pretty crazy how third wave feminism has really taken over the U.K. and New Zealand's criminal justice systems.

There's really no one to come up with an accurate number for such a statistic since most cases end up falling into can't really prove it one way or the other. Similarly it's hard to get an accurate stat on how many aren't reported since there generally isn't even an attempt to prove one way or the other. But for some reason in public opinion and stats for this we use the standard of guilty until proven innocent which makes no sense
She could, but not for the false rape allegation.
